Non-Reputation Systems

Sometimes you are working on one reputation and don't want to take a reputation hit with it in order to kill ships for a mission or daily. But every time you kill a ship, your reputation with that faction goes down. This is where the Romulan Star Empire Skirmishers and Klingon High Council Skirmishers come into effect. You can kill these without any positive or negative change of reputation with the factions. Sadly, at this point, there is no Federation equivalent, so you will always have a reputation change with killing federation ships.
