Silent Enemies

Silent enemies are a new hostile added to the game which will drop loot needed to an expansion to the artifacts in the game. These hostiles do a lot of damage, and are not the easiest to farm. In addition, you are required to hit hostiles of a certain level based on your ops level. If you hit up or hit down, the loot you get isn't able to be used in your Artifact Store, so it's useless to you.

These hostiles have 100% critical chance for the first four rounds of combat, and also do 500% critical damage on a hit. After that, they drop down to 10% crit chance. They also do burning for the first six rounds, so no matter how high your mitigation that'll do 1% hull a round for these rounds, unless you kill it first.

To find what level hostiles you need to kill, go to the artifact store.

After that, click on the parts in the upper right hand corner to see what level hostiles drop it. These are the only hostiles you can farm at your level. So you can see below that level 51-54 hostiles drop the disrupter parts I require at ops 53. You must follow this, or scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the system chart there.

IMPORTANT!! The Operations levels for the systems are not recommendations, the loot only works for your refinery in one system. You can't hit higher, or lower than your system.

Crews

For now, we're still testing crews. I've found the best crew with the limited time I've had was Janeway(Captain)/Doctor/Trip.

It worked better than Pike/Moreau/Chen and Ent-E Picard/Data/Tucker for me. However, that may depend on officer level for different people. Hugh/Belanna(t4+) below decks for huge crits is definitely going to benefit all crews here.

For those without Tucker and trying normal hostile crews, SNW Pike(c)/the right side officer for your ship type/ Una or Hemmer seems to do an okay job on these. Stick to the triangle then.

Systems
